Tips on how to use your Dopamine menu:

1. Order a starter item to get your momentum going if you're avoiding starting or continuing a task.
2. Sides are things you can pair with a hard task to make the experience more enjoyable.
3. You can reward yourself with an entree for completing--or meeting a time goal for-- a hard task.
4. Desserts are things you have no issue focusing on because they're so fun! However, if you do too much of them, it might make you feel worse later, so enjoy in moderation.
5. Once you've filled out your Dopamenu, place it somewhere visible! If it's digital, use it as your background image. If it's printed, put it on your desk, in your bedroom, or on your fridge.
